Our Story

Aimee and Lauren, Block Island, July 2011

About Us

As cousins, when you grow up with a six year age difference, your relationship changes over the years.  At first one of you is marveling over the other as an infant.  And then the other of you is in awe of her big girl cousin and toddles around after her watching very closely.  As you grow, you sit through Christmas dinner as you wonder what the other’s life is really like at such different ages.  You share grandparents and cousins and, you always get to sit at the grown up table because you’re the only two special little girls.  As the only two female grandchildren, there is always something perfect and unique about your role in a family.  As time goes by, and you head through college years and beyond, it becomes clear that you are not just cousins. Your lives aren’t so different at all. You are, instead, very similar on many levels, and, as it turns out, dear friends.

Lauren and I share a love for creating.  With our similar talents and hobbies, and our opposing skills that balance each other out, we’ve created B. Loved as a work close to our hearts.  The B. stands for Bosworth, a name that we share and firmly believe carries so much love.  We know that as you’re looking at our site and enjoying our products that the little ones who don this apparel will always, and simply, B. Loved.
